Payment Methods
Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made by one of the following payment methods:
1. COD COD
You can pay for your order with ELTA Courier in cash, upon delivery of your products. The cost of cash on delivery is 2 euros.
2. CREDIT / DEBT CARD
By choosing to pay by Credit or debit card you have the opportunity to pay through credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express & amp; Diners.
TRANSACTION SECURITY
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
3. BANK DEPOSIT
You can use the bank deposit as a payment method. Once you complete your order you will be given information about the bank accounts of our store. Your order will be processed and completed with shipment, as soon as your deposit appears, usually 1-2 business days. However, the time period may vary depending on the bank.

Shipping Methods
Within Attica we deliver your order in 2-3 working days and in the rest of Greece in 3-5 working days from the confirmation of your order (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays and strikes).
SHIPPING WITH COURIER
Your orders are sent via ELTA Courier to the shipping address you have chosen. Shipping costs are 4 euros (for purchases under 60 euros).
FREE SHIPPING
For orders over 60 euros, shipping is free for all of Greece.
